CHALLENGE:

Accent Cabinetry and Woodworking, Inc. has been designing and building custom crafted business and home environments in the Hudson Valley for more than 20 years. A move to a new location with a showroom and expanded millwork capabilities also inspired a fresh look for their marketing materials.

SOLUTION:

The two most important aspects of a successful portfolio website are searchability and project display. FDD split the portfolio into job categories that potential clients will use as a search basis— Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Residential. Each project detail page has fields dedicated to job location, materials and description, allowing further targeting of key words and meta data. Next Step Digital expertly developed the responsive design to work differently on smart phones, enabling site visitors to get a better view of projects by scrolling vertically through information that’s displayed horizontally on desktop computers.
