The Children’s Home of Poughkeepsie serves children in the foster care system who have experienced neglect, abuse or disruption of parental relationships. A place of healing and hope for 170 years, they wanted to recognize the anniversary with an adjustment to their logo, a banner out front and a billboard.
Our design for the 170th logo included square and horizontal versions allowing maximal use of space across a variety of applications. We wanted to emphasize the importance of working with children in sensitive a situation and thought this would best be accomplished by including them. The flower drawings are the delightful results! To track engagement, the banner and billboard used a call-to-action that led people to a specific web page. Join the Children’s Home on Thursday October 26 from 4 – 6 pm for a special ribbon cutting ceremony.
